- To Decorate the notice boards (e.g.To put all the club’s name on the notice board)
· This event is to be held through out the year
3.2 Prom
· Q: Is it confirmed to be held at Sime Darby Convention Centre?
A: Tentatively, as other hotels are more expensive
· Q: How come the last prom was able to be at Genting with the rate students are paying?
A: This is because last year we got a lot of sponsors from Genting
· Q: Can the prom be held at any other dates?
A: It is difficult as we need to cater for all the 5 programs, but will try to work something out.
· Q: What is masquerade?
A: - All are required to wear a mask on that night
- Both guys and girls can wear the normal formal attire, as long as they are wearing a mask
3.3 T-Bizaar
· Q: Last year, other clubs are not allowed to sell drinks as SC is selling. This year, will other clubs be allowed to sell drinks?
A: Tentatively, SC will only be selling coupons and song dedication
· Q: What is the point of having outside stalls to sell their food?
A: To have more variety of stalls
· Q: Then what is the point of having students participating as most students will buy their food/ drinks from the outside stalls as it will be better.
A: Maybe will get the outsiders to sell other things (so that they do not compete with TBS Students)

4.0 Suggestions & Feedbacks on Welfare
4.1 Student I.D.
· SC will suggest to the management to improve the quality of the card
4.2 Printing Quota
· Propose to have the leftover quota to be forwarded to next year
· The Printing quota is too little and too expensive to reload
· Suggest to upload more printing quotas
4.3 Lift Problems
· Suggest to have less stops (e.g. To have the lift to stop at Lvl 1, 3, 5, and 7. And if student’s class is at Lvl 2, they are to either walk up or down to their Lvl.)
· The lifts only move one at a time
-Suggest to change the lifts
· Suggest to create ‘lift ethics’ (e.g. to let people from the lift come out first)
4.4 Computers
· The computers are quite slow, especially I-Excess
-Suggest to update the programs (e.g. Flash Player)
-Suggest to upgrade the computer (hardware, software and program)
-Suggest to add a burner in the computer(Students can have it done at Lvl 2 IT department, but students are required to pay for it)
-Suggest to have colour printing(students are able to have it at Lvl 2 IT department, but they have to trade their quota for it)
4.5 Mezzanine Floor
· M-Floor is too small as the number of students have increased but the computers have not
4.6 Parking Problem
· Will work out a solution to solve this problem· SJ Uptown (RM 80 per month)
-the price can’t be reduced as they too need to pay MPSJ a certain amount
· If any student wants a parking, they can look for Ryan
4.7 Library
· Discussion room:
-Not enough for students
-Suggest to have it sound proof
-Some of the rooms do not have air-conditioning
· Books borrowing:
-the number of books that can be borrowed have increased as of 7th May 2007
· Students complain that the library is too noisy
· Suggest to have the library carpeted
· Students complained that the library is very hot 4.7 Air Conditioning
